By accessing and using Inailit, you agree to these terms and the platform policies referenced by them.

2. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity performed under their account.

3. Project Content

Projects, bids and user-submitted content must be accurate, lawful and aligned with platform policies. We may remove content that violates these expectations.

4. Payments and Milestones

Platform payment flows, milestones and approvals are intended to improve trust, but users remain responsible for their own project decisions and due diligence.

5. Verification

Inailit may offer verification features, but verification does not replace independent evaluation of project partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as-is, and we do not guarantee project outcomes, work quality or uninterrupted service availability.
